SINGING FOR LOOE RNLI

The choir will be singing in Looe RNLI boathouse at 7.30pm on Tuesday 23rd June. The concert is FREE and seating is available. Having had a concert slightly delayed by a 'shout' in the past, we should remind you that all the concerts are subject to any necessary RNLI operational decisions and precautions. As the RNLI is one of our favourite charities, please help us support their essential service with a donation. We'll be singing there again on 21st and 30th July so we hope you'll come and join us. We love to entertain!

FREE POLPERRO CONCERTS

As well as singing on 1st July, the Choir will be giving more free concerts in their home village on 15th July, 12th and 26th August, and 2nd September, all Wednesdays at 7.30 pm. The concerts might be in the open-air on the quay (or the Big Green) or in the chapel if cold, wet or dark, so please check our board by the chapel on the day. We're looking forward to another busy year of singing and raising lots of money for charities and good causes but we couldn't do it without you, so thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you there.

FREE CONCERT IN POLPERRO

Come and join us for one of our famous FREE concerts on Polperro quay on Wednesday 16th July at 7.30pm. We have a great mixture of songs for you this year, with some old favourites, some new ones, and some where you can sing along and help drown out the seagulls! We will be collecting for our charities of the year. If the weather is unkind to us, the concert will be in the Chapel which has been our home for more than 100 years. After the concert, the Polperro Wreckers will be also be singing somewhere - just follow us!

CONCERT IN LOOE RNLI BOATHOUSE

Polperro Fishermen's Choir will be presenting a concert for the RNLI in Looe boathouse on Tuesday 21st July at 7.30pm. We will be performing some newly-rehearsed songs plus some other familiar favourites. Seating is available and the concert is FREE with all donations going to the RNLI. We're proud to have raised many thousands of pounds for the RNLI in various locations around the country so please come and enjoy this concert and toss some money in the buckets if you can. Every donation large and small makes a difference.

IN LOOE FOR CARNIVAL WEEK

It's Looe carnival week so what better way to spend the Thursday evening of Looe Carnival week than listening to Polperro Fishermen's Choir singing a range of popular songs in Looe lifeboat house from 8pm, after the Looe Ukulele Extravaganza at 6.30pm. You'll enjoy a fun range of good music, the acoustics are great and seating is available. It's all FREE but - be warned! - there may be some very scary Lions around trying to blag some money from you! Come and join us. We love to entertain!

AT HOME IN POLPERRO

In our 103rd year of singing, come and enjoy some open-air music with Polperro Fishermen's Choir at one of our famous free concerts on Polperro fish quay (or in the chapel if the weather is unkind.) As always we will be collecting for good causes chosen by the choir members, as well as our own music charity, so please toss some money in our collecting buckets if you enjoy this year's selection of songs. As if that's not enough, you can join us for a sing-along with the Wreckers afterwards. We love to entertain!

AT HOME IN POLPERRO

The choir will be 'at home' in Polperro on 26th August for one of their famous free summer concerts on selected Wednesdays, helping to raise large sums of money for charity. The concert will either be in the open-air or in Polperro Methodist Chapel if it's wet, cold or dark. The Wreckers will be singing and having fun nearby afterwards - just follow us. We love to entertain! (The painting is by June Drysdale from the cover of our best-selling LP in 1982.)

FREE CONCERT IN POLPERRO CHAPEL

The choir will be in Polperro Methodist Chapel at 7.30pm on Wednesday 2nd September for their last free 'at home' concert of the summer, following the tradition of most of the past 103 years to raise large sums for charity. The concert is FREE and we will be collecting for our nominated charities for the year as well as the choir's own music charity. Afterwards, the Wreckers will be singing nearby - just follow us!
