On the night of the presentation at a concert in the Looe RNLI boathouse, a further £870 was raised! Thank you to all our wonderful supporters for being so generous. There are more concerts and gigs to come this summer so come and join us! We love to entertain !
HARVEST OF THE SEA IN LANSALLOS
26 Oct 2025
6.30 pm
Celebrate the Harvest of the Sea with us in St Ildierna's Church in Lansallos (PL13 2PX), a reminder of the days when the Polperro Fishermen's Choir was attracting huge congregations to Harvest of the Sea services around 100 years ago. Parking will be available in the National Trust car park some 250 yards up the road (free at that time of day) and the church toilets will be open. Come and join us for good singing, a taste of history and some sociable chat!
ST KEYNE AT CHRISTMAS
17 Dec 2025
7.30pm
St Keyne Church is a lovely place for a concert, and we are really looking forward to singing there again this year to help get you in the Christmas spirit. The Wreckers will still be in festive mood in the village hall afterwards so come and join us there and sing along to your favourites. CHRISTMAS CONCERT IN POLPERRO
23 Dec 2025
7.30 pm
At our last event of the year, we will be singing carols and songs at our famous Christmas concert in Polperro Methodist Chapel. Come and enjoy a lovely pre-Christmas evening which is FREE and open to everyone. Donations will be very welcome - they will be in aid of the lovely chapel, which has been our home for more than 100 years, since 1923. Polperro Christmas lights will have been switched on earlier in the month so the village will be looking lovely. Copyright photo by kind permission of Kevin Armes Photography.
