Terms and Conditions

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Polperro Fishermen's Choir. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing the order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept the following terms and conditions.

To make a purchase
To make a purchase, browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy to the basket. When you have completed your selection, click on the Checkout button. Your order will then be displayed. Select your payment method and click Next.

If you selected to pay by cheque, complete the details requested and click Next and an order form will then be displayed which you can print off and post to us c/o Colin Crabb, Furzebloom, Darloe Lane, West Looe PL13 2BG with your cheque.

If you selected to pay by PayPal or by card, complete the details requested to process your order and click Next. Your order and the details you entered are then displayed. When you click on the PayPal button, you will be transferred to a secure server to process your payment.

Prices are quoted in £ sterling.

Shipping
All prices include postage and packing.

Delivery
We will endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 10 working days after full payment has been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not wait.

Tax Charges
We do not charge VAT.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods. You must contact us via email at shop@polperrofishermenschoir.co.uk or by post c/o Colin Crabb, Furzebloom, Darloe Lane, West Looe PL13 2BG, with details of the order you wish to cancel. You must take reasonable care of the goods and you must arrange return of unwanted goods within a further 14 days at your own cost. Postage will only be reimbursed if the item is faulty or damaged.

Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or personalised in any way.

Your right to cancel does not apply to audio or video recordings that you have unsealed.

Returns
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality during the expected lifespan of your product. If the goods are faulty or do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to repair or replacement of the item, or some money back. This is a brief summary of some of your key rights. Should you receive any goods from us that are faulty please notify us as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to arrange return of faulty goods to us and the cost of carriage will be reimbursed. We will arrange for you to be sent a replacement item or refund as appropriate.

General
We reserve the right to decline any order.

It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address for any correspondence.

English law applies to these terms and conditions.
